A. Yes, you will need to set up a new Direct Debit with us as payment details cannot be transferred from your current supplier.
Q. I have credit on my account with my current supplier – will this be transferred also?
A. No, unfortunately not. Your credit will be refunded from your current provider back to your original payment source.
Q. Do you offer direct debit options?
A. Yes, we offer both a variable and a fixed Direct Debit option.
Q. I pay for my gas once I have given a meter reading. Can I continue to do this?
A. Yes, you can continue to pay after providing a meter reading if that’s your preferred method.
Q. How long does the switch process take?
A. The switch process takes up to 42 days. We’ll keep you updated throughout.
Q. We have a telemetry system on our tanks – do you offer the same service?
A. Yes, we provide telemetry systems that monitor tank levels and schedule deliveries automatically.
Q. Do you have any delivery issues during the winter months?
